"The Laugh Round-Up" - 1964 (Grosset & Dunlap, NY)

The Laugh Round-Up was published by Grosset & Dunlap, Inc. in 1946. It consists of over 250 side-splitting cartoons by the country's funniest gagsters, including seventeen by Syd. Here is a sampling:

	"Will you buy them back?"		"It isn't necessary to say 'Yes, sir,' every time I ask you to do the dishes!"
	"You were 100 percent right in that argument I heard you having with your husband last night!"		"I just caught Slippery Joe, Chief."
	"Try to be brave, Doctor."		"Why don't you ever stop talking to me for a few days like the wives of other men?"
	"Do you still miss him?"		"Sure you're my life partner, but can't you be a silent partner, too?"
	"Can you patch up a wolf?"
