The Adventures of Danny and the Dinosaur Continues
The adventures of Danny and the Dinosaur continues to delight young readers, even though Syd Hoff passed away in 2004. As talented authors and illustrators, Bruce Hale and David Cutting are collaborating with HarperCollins, who first published this children’s classic in 1958, to bring exciting new stories to children in a typical ‘Syd Hoff’ style. New titles are slated for publication between 2015 – 2020. A warm thank you to Bruce, David and HarperCollins!
Bruce Hale:
Bruce is passionate about inspiring reluctant readers to read. He has written or illustrated more than thirty seriously funny books for children. An actor and Fulbright Scholar in Storytelling, Hale is in demand as a speaker, having presented at conferences, universities, and schools across North America.
David Cutting:
Talent and success are part of David’s portfolio, which includes over 100 illustrated children’s books for numerous publishers including Simon & Schuster, HarperCollins, Golden Books and more. As a professional animator and designer, David has also worked on projects for iconic companies such as Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon and Marvel.
