Detroit Athletic Club News – 1940’s

The Detroit Athletic Club was founded in 1887. It is a private membership club with its own monthly periodical The D.A.C. News, which was first published in 1916. Syd contributed many cartoon over the years. We appreciate their support and are pleased to share this small sample of his cartoon which appeared in the 1940s.

Doctor gives patient bad news at appointment.
