Throughout his career, Syd was awarded national advertising commissions for such household names as Chevrolet, General Electric, Jell-O, and Jeep. After the United States’ entry into World War II, his contributions to ad campaigns for Auto-Lite and Eveready also helped support America’s war food program and encouraged purchase of War Bonds.
